AI knowledge base

Your knowledge base is already written.

It's in docs, threads, decks, spreadsheets, and PDFs. Chat with Work lets you ask that knowledge base without moving everything into a new one.

Ask the knowledge you already have.

A useful knowledge base isn't just polished help docs. It's also the messy work that explains how the company got here: the threads where decisions happened, the half-finished spec, the deck from two quarters ago.

What is our current onboarding process?

Where did we document the refund policy?

What did we decide about EU hosting?

Which docs explain the sales handoff?

What do new hires usually miss?

What changed in the security process?

No second place to maintain.

Use what exists

Drive, Dropbox, and Slack stay the source of truth. Nothing is copied into a new system.

Ask normally

No query language, no tagging project, no cleanup sprint before you can search.

Keep it private

Cached content is encrypted and deleted when unused.

Common questions

Before you connect your company knowledge.

How is this different from a traditional knowledge base?

A traditional knowledge base asks your team to move and maintain information in one place. Chat with Work searches the Google Drive, Dropbox, and Slack sources your team already updates, then links each answer back to those sources.

Does Chat with Work sync all of our company data?

No bulk background sync is required. Chat with Work searches connected accounts when you ask, retrieves matching material, and keeps an encrypted cache for speed. Cached provider content expires after 30 days of inactivity.

Which knowledge sources are available today?

Google Drive, Dropbox, and Slack are available today. You can connect one source or search across any combination of the three in the same assistant.

Does it respect existing file and message permissions?

Yes. Searches are scoped to the connected user, so Chat with Work can only retrieve files and conversations that account is already allowed to access.

Use the knowledge base you already have.
