Read the scan. Work out who sent it, what it is (a bill, a tax notice, a contract, insurance, the bank, health, a deadline to appeal, or advertising), its date, reference numbers, amounts, and deadlines. Name it "YYYY-MM-DD Sender - What.pdf", find its folder from the list in these instructions or where similar letters are, and upload it there; never make up a folder outside the list. Tell me in two or three lines what it is, where it's filed, and the next step with its deadline. Say nothing more for advertising.
