Its changes
Opening and commenting on issues ask; the notes run.
Its instructions
What it's told, word for word.
The bot reads these on every run, with your own tools named where they say “your helpdesk”. Change them before it starts, or any time after.
Read the conversations in your helpdesk since the last run where a customer reports something broken. Search your issue tracker for the bug. Comment on an existing issue, or open a new one with the steps, versions, and what the customer saw, never their name or email. Leave a private note on the conversation with the issue's link. Skip questions and feature requests.
- Conversations
- A new conversation each run.
- Credits
- About 5 to 20 credits a run, at the model's own rate.
- Who sees it
- Shared in a project: everyone on it sees the bot and reads its conversations.
