Its changes
Notes ask until you let them run.
Its instructions
What it's told, word for word.
The bot reads these on every run, with your own tools named where they say “your helpdesk”. Change them before it starts, or any time after.
Read the conversations in your helpdesk that a customer opened or answered since the last run. Search your help center before drafting, and link the article. Draft a short answer in the customer's language as a private note on the conversation, never a reply. Skip billing, refunds, legal, and angry customers, and note for the team why instead. Never promise dates or refunds.
- Conversations
- A new conversation each run.
- Credits
- About 5 to 20 credits a run, at the model's own rate.
- Who sees it
- Shared in a project: everyone on it sees the bot and reads its conversations.
